To the small but growing CCCC family,

I’m sure you know where this is going as this is not and will not be the only one of these notices that you read. So let’s get the hardest part out of the way first - everything we had planned, including projects we had not yet announced, for the remainder of Season 1 have been cancelled. This includes the Shakespeare Adjacent Workshops and Pursuit of Happiness Festival. We still have an exciting summer project to share, though I fear its existence is in jeopardy.

We were gearing up to announce our 2020-21 season (or as we affectionately call it - Season 2). This announcement will be delayed for the time being. An exciting lineup of Shakespeare, world premiere adaptations, and plays for little ones are all on the horizon. 

​

We have some Kickstarter rewards that lasted through Season 1. Those will continue into Season 2.

​

I am so lucky to be able to share that we are on solid economic ground. Your patronage during our recent rotating repertory and the generous donations that followed allow us to be stable in a time of financial uncertainty for so many. Other organizations, however, are not so lucky. We ask that if you have some money that you would like to give to an arts organization - whether that be the theatre, the opera, live music, dance, etc. - that you prioritize other companies over CCCC. We will be okay. Some places may not.

But we don’t want you to forget about us either! We will be doing our best to bring you digital content on a variety of platforms. Perhaps we can brighten your day during this dark time. 

​
